WyzBooks is a desktop application that runs entirely on your Mac. This privacy policy explains what data we collect (very little) and what we do with it (almost nothing).
WyzBooks stores all data locally on your computer. The application:
Your .wyzbooks data file, audit logs, and configuration files are stored on your Mac and are never uploaded or shared by the application.
When you activate a license key, WyzBooks contacts our licensing server to validate the key. This transmits:
No financial data, file contents, or usage information is transmitted during activation.
The wyzbooks.com website may use basic server-side access logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type). We do not use third-party analytics services or advertising trackers on this website.
If you contact us at wyzbooks@wyzaerd.com, we retain your email for the purpose of providing support. We do not add you to marketing lists or share your contact information.
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information or data with third parties.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
